The service

Cynthia is an AI phone assistant for HVAC contractors. She answers calls, collects caller details, books appointments and flags emergencies. Specific service terms for your business are agreed with you before Cynthia goes live.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box and submit our form, you agree that Maestro Media Group Inc. and its AI assistant Cynthia may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice, about Cynthia's services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask us on any call not to call you again.

You confirm that the number you provide is your own mobile number or one you are authorized to use, and you agree to let us know if it changes hands.

AI voice

Cynthia is not a human. Her voice is AI-generated, and she will tell you so if you ask. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's information without permission, submit false information, or try to disrupt or misuse the site.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Maestro Media Group Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
