Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains how Maestro Media Group Inc. ("we", "us") collects and uses information through cynthiaanswers.com and through Cynthia, our AI phone assistant.
What we collect
- What you enter in our form: your name, company, mobile phone number, email and city.
- A record of your consent: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you submitted from.
- When you talk with Cynthia or our team: call recordings, transcripts and text messages, and the details you give during the conversation.
How we use it
- To call and text you about Cynthia's services, as you asked when you submitted the form.
- To set up and provide Cynthia for your business, and to improve the quality of her calls.
- To keep records of your consent and opt-out choices, as the law requires.
Calls, texts and AI voice
If you check the consent box, we and Cynthia may call and text the number you gave us, including with automated technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, tell Cynthia or our team on any call that you do not want to be called again, or email 1maestromedia1@gmail.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly and keep a record of them so you are not contacted again.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service providers that help us run our services (for example, telephone, messaging, hosting and database providers), under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep your information while we are in contact with you or providing services to you, and we keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show compliance with the law. Information is stored with access restricted to our systems and staff who need it.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing 1maestromedia1@gmail.com, by telling us on a call, or by replying to any message from us. Some records, such as consent and opt-out records, may be kept where the law requires.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
